25+ years in consumer research, brand and marketing strategy, product management and strategic planning across the Athletic, Outdoor, Food & Beverage and Wine/Spirit and Cannabis industries.
She believes everything is better in the outdoors, especially in a kayak or on a SUP, and of course with Sierra.
TRESSA YELLIG
An entrepreneur, chef, wellness educator, and copy editor.
10+ years experience in the Food & Beverage industry as well as Health & Wellness, speaking and teaching all over the country.
She believes strongly that food choices empower people to create change in their lives and in the world...she also loves sailing.
RACHEL TOURVILLE
Rachel has 14 years of design experience rooted in design studios, agencies and in-house design and freelance positions, specializing in visual design and brand development. She uses design principles to engage and educate, and her approach is rooted in research and dialogue. She creates authentic brand experiences for a wide range of industries, designing everything from websites to packaging, and developing integrated brand systems that truly reflect the soul of the brand. To each project she bring dedication, efficient workflow practices, and a solution-oriented attitude.
KATE THORNTON

9+ years in brand and marketing strategy, creative direction, product development, e-commerce, design, social media and PR for Beauty, Food, and Fashion industries.
She believes that great design has the ability to make you truly feel something and communicates more than you realize. And that trailrunning is the best thing on earth.
HEIDI LOVIG
With 10+ years in food, Heidi understands the intricacies of CPG manufacturing, co-packing, sales, distribution, broker management, investors, fundraising, and retail growth strategy. Her plant-based food products have delighted consumers coast to coast in natural and conventional retail markets. She loves guiding brands through every growth phase and into grocery.
ERIN COOK
Founder of Authenticpdx.com Erin works with clients to help generate creative photography assets for marketing. She manages a bank of photographers who fulfill clients creative photography brief through a simple online system.
